It advises business-owning families on governance frameworks, succession planning, ownership structures, and long-term legacy — working as a strategic counsel to the family itself, not to any single member or transaction.
Why This Practice Exists
Legal instruments can record a decision. They cannot help a family reach one. Alnowaiser Advisory was established to sit in that earlier conversation: before the drafting, when the family is still working out what it actually wants. The advisory practice operates alongside the legal practice but is deliberately separate from it. A family may engage the adviser without engaging the lawyer, and often should.
